In the first episode, Jernard shares a simple one skillet wonder, a Spanish Chicken and Rice. While dishing out expert knowledge on food safety and cutting up whole chickens easily, Chef Jernard uses olive oil, robust seasonings and agave to sear in an abundance of tenderness and flavor.
