BLUEBUCKSCLAN Release Luxurious New Video “Don’t Judge Me”

Los Angeles rap duo BlueBucksClan have dropped a stirring new video for their low-end-heavy West Coast anthem, “Don’t Judge Me,” out now via Out The Blue Records. Watch the video HERE. The video is the latest victory lap for BlueBucksClan’s acclaimed March mixtape, Clan Virus 2, which also includes their ominous standout track “Lil League (feat. Quavo & Hit-Boy).”

The “Don’t Judge Me” video, directed by Tevo Laron, takes place in a luxe mansion, with BlueBucksClan surrounded by scantily clad associates. Therein, the dynamic duo basks in the glory of their meteoric rise, shooting stacks of cash through basketball hoops, sinking into leather chairs, and enjoying the show that unfolds around them. The track is produced by BlueBucksClans’ longtime collaborators Ten11, and AyyMook, in addition to Michigan’s Enrgy Beats.

Jeeezy starts the track, spitting, “Tried to keep me from his b*tch, it was too late/I be singing to your b*tch like some new Drake.” DJ then walks us through his house like he’s auditioning for MTV Cribs: “Big crib in the hills it’s got two gates/I got marble on the walls, granite in the kitchen/Maids walkin’ round, I never do the dishes.”Together, they show why BlueBucksClan has become one of the hottest acts out of L.A. They blend impressive bars with clever one-liners, laughing from their thrones at the top of the rap world.

With the video for “Don’t Judge Me,” it’s clear BlueBucksClan aren’t taking any time off after Clan Virus 2. That still-buzzing set hit No. 9 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart and they themselves hit No. 16 on Rolling Stone’s Breakthrough 25. Pitchfork called them “L.A.’s best duo,” and HipHopDXwrote that the group was the city’s “hottest new talent.” Complex also recently hailed them “Rappers to Watch in 2021” and Billboard included them on their “6 LA Rappers to Watch in 2021” list.

As XXL put it, “Jeeezy and DJ are all about fashion, women and clever sports references, and their natural sense of humor has garnered attention all over L.A. and beyond.”
